The blog was born to share the healthy recipes and sharing tips which includes nourishing and nutritious recipes, provide quality health, nutrition information. Furthermore this blog has included product reviews, and competitions + giveaways. Great starting points as a blog.

The charming girl, a Health Food Lover, is Michelle Robson-Garth, the creator of this blog. She has focussed her study in Nutrition in Melbourne, Australia, thus information here is absolutely important for healthy lifestyle seekers.

What audiences will get from this blog? ... Besides the high quality information through articles there also tutorials, healthy recipes, attractive giveaways, and sales on cooking and health books.

The tutorials delivered in articles form, consists of several practical healthy food tips such as all about fermented foods, how to make instant coconut ice, how to open a Thai young coconut, and more. Some of the articles is written by the guests ... this is a great ways to engage with the audiences. It shows that the audiences are paying attentions to our posts, particularly our blog. That is one important advantages for bloggers.

The other ways it uses in engage with the audiences is through the ‘giveaways’ content. I mean who doesn’t like to win stuff? This contents has managed well to increase the performances of this blog. The other methods it use to engage with audiences are social media, email and rss feed subscriptions.

First impression from the blog was ... nice, It has soft color combination moreover the tag ... ‘ helping you love nourishing food’ it fits-well with the contents. Each and every content is strongly related with the topics, and the speed is good.

I think it will be better if the tutorial parts provided in audio visuals too. Since it is describe on what we could do on creating healthy food, sometimes it is not enough to explain it just through articles. On the other side video post could be a traffic magnet to the blog.

The blog clearly describe that it does monetize matters. Some external links provided on her site are affiliate links which the blog may earn a small commission on the sale. This would never affect the amount costumer pay or the quality of product. Its a mutual benefit for both the blog owner and costumer.

Besides affiliates, this blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation. It is guaranteed by the owner that the compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in the blog. All advertising is in the form of advertisements generated by a third party ad network. Those advertisements identified as paid advertisements.

  3. Thanks Arteta, glad I could help. Well you can call me Okto next time.

In my view rich contents is good for blog development, but that is not everything in do blog. She delivered it so well through images and written guidances in recipe indexes. I think it just a matter of time she would add new recipes.

About the kangaroo, I think you should ask her directly :)

  4. @Arteta: if you click 'recipe index' there are hundreds of recipes. The NT/WAPF page only has certain recipes that match a certain criteria.
